People arrive in the city carrying hopes for their families: steady work, an education for their children, a future with more possibilities. But making a home here can mean navigating unfamiliar systems, uncertain livelihoods and few places to turn for support.
At PVR NEST, we believe no family should have to make that journey alone.
Established in 2006 as the CSR arm of PVR INOX Limited, we work with government institutions and local communities to turn existing public spaces into places of care and connection. Through Pink Centres and Garima Grih, women, children and families can find practical support close to where they live.
Our work begins with dignity and grows through relationships: with the women who help run our centres,
the children who return to learn, and the families making the city their home.
A city where every woman, child and family feels safe, belongs, and has the opportunity to build a better future.
To bring safety, learning, health and livelihood opportunities closer to communities by transforming public spaces through lasting government and community partnerships.
We begin by listening.
Women and families help us understand what is missing from daily life and what would make a meaningful difference. With government partners, we improve existing facilities and bring essential services together in accessible neighbourhood spaces.
Community women help shape and run the centres. Their knowledge, relationships and leadership build trust, helping these spaces become part of the communities they serve.

Our 20 operating safe centres are equipped with women staff trained in WASH to provide safety and high-quality WASH amenities to women and children.

Our programmes are structured to provide essential skills to the socially disadvantaged people, assisting them to become on pace with mainstream society.
