INTRODUCTION
PVR NEST (Network of Enablement and Social Transformation) is the CSR arm of PVR Limited and the first Cinema CSR trust in India.
Founded in 2006, we have worked in building government-powered programs dedicated to mitigating the vulnerabilities in the safety, protection and health of women and children in marginalized communities and uplifting them with opportunities for holistic development.
In nearly two decades of our operation, we have made substantial strides in making urban space in difficult terrains, safer and more inclusive, rendering optimum utilization of resources from the government and similar-vision organizations to set a precedent of scalable models of programs that could be replicated across the country and beyond.
Our Vision
Aligning with United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDG-11), PVR NEST’s vision is to build Public Health & Development infrastructures through its Public-Private Partnership model (PPP) for making their access to health, safety and growth opportunities proximity-friendly and more equitable.
Our MISSION
In our mission, we aim to build high-impact programs which cultivate a better understanding of the intersectionality of the problems prevalent in marginalized communities. We aspire support from the central and state government, for the sustainability and replication of these programs in future.
