Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Bijli has envisioned and led PVR NEST’s Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model, transforming underutilized urban spaces into welcoming community hubs for millions of grassroots women and girls.
Mr. Bijli’s work is deeply rooted in women’s inclusion, creating infrastructure that offers safety, dignity, and economic opportunities to over one million women and girls each year. Mr. Bijli also guides PVR NEST’s green initiatives, including park adoptions and climate-resilient community programmes across 35 urban clusters.

A doctor by profession, Ms. Selena Bijli brings a compassionate approach to PVR NEST’s programmes, with a deep commitment to child protection and health equity. Ms. Bijli pioneered the integration of remedial education with nutrition-focused healthcare for children from disadvantaged communities.
Ms. Bijli’s work focuses on strengthening access for mothers and children to essential knowledge and care through workshops on nutrition, maternal health, and hygiene, helping families build healthier futures. Ms. Bijli’s contributions have been recognised nationally with honours including the Bharat Nirman Award for Excellence.
